Entity Classification: To be eligible for this grant, applicant organizations must be classified under one of the following categories and operate within Central Ohio: Non-profit organizations, with proof of 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status required; Government entities, including municipal departments, public schools, and community development agencies.

Qualifying Criteria: Organizations must be able to demonstrate an established track record of hosting public events. To qualify, applicants must meet the following baseline requirements:

Event Volume, host a minimum of four significant community events per calendar year;

Audience Size, each qualifying event must draw an expected attendance of 100 people or more.

Supported Programs: We proudly support a diverse array of impactful public programming. Eligible events and initiatives include, but are not limited to: Community galas and awards ceremonies; Charity fundraisers and benefit concerts; Public cultural festivals and civic celebrations; Educational programs focused on wellness, community enrichment, or the arts.

Timeline and Requirements: Applications must be submitted within the current year to be eligible for event support in the following calendar year.

Exclusions: Please note that the following are not eligible for funding: Private events or fundraisers with restricted, invitation-only guest lists; Political campaigns or lobbying activities; Religious activities that are not open to the general public.
